The primary functionality of the Funraise app is for live events, including guest check in, volunteer mode, in-person payments, and paddle raise entries. The app also provides light, but helpful, donor management capabilities.

Download the Funraise app on your mobile device from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The app is available for tablets and mobile devices. Funraise's app is available to download in the United States and Canada. Log into the mobile app with your Funraise credentials.

You can enable volunteers to access the Funraise app for your event. Volunteer is a user permission you can enable when adding a new team member to the platform. Adding your event volunteer team as platform team members with the Volunteer permission will enable them to use all the live event app features, without allowing them access to any supporter or transaction data.

You can run your event check in with the app. Your event team can search attendees, review attendee details, be alerted if attendees are missing any important information, and check in guests.

While most event check in workflows will use the search bar to search attendees as they arrive, you can also use the app to check in guests by scanning their ticket QR code.

The Funraise app also provides an overall check in progress bar to show your team how many guests have checked in and the percent of guests that have checked in.

During event check in, you can capture and store a payment method (card) for your guests. Capturing and storing a payment method requires additional setup and a Stripe Reader M2 Device.

You can run live in-person charges in the app. Just enter an amount and tap, swipe, or insert a card. In-person payments on the app requires additional setup and a Stripe Reader M2 Device.

Your event team can use the Funraise app to enter paddles raises during your fund-a-need or live auction portion of your event. The app is design for fast and intuitive paddle raise entries.

The Funraise App is an on-the-go sidekick, enabling you to check in or make updates on your mobile device. While full views and editing are not available in the app, you can view basic supporter and donation activity and make some updates.
