Households are a family or unit of Supporters with the same address. The primary use case for Households is mailing lists. Using a Household export for your mailing list ensures you’re addressing a family of donors and not individual members - which reduces duplicate mailings and keeps donors happy.

With Funraise Households, you’ll be able to link donations from each member to see the impact of each Household.

Automatic Household creation
Households are created automatically! You can also manually create and edit Households as well.

Rules for automated Household connection or creation
A complete physical address is required to automate Household connection or creation. We use the following criteria to determine a Complete Address: Street, Country, City, State -OR- Street, Country, Postal.
