This documentation assumes you are editing an existing Household. When creating a new Household, you’ll be able to automate your desired Transaction Attribution model.

A Transaction can only be attributed to a single Household at one time.

While you can view Transactions attributed to a Household on the Household profile, you will need to add or remove this attribution from a Transaction profile.

 

To ADD a Transaction to a Household

  1. Open the desired Transaction profile
  2. From the General Tab, scroll to the Household card
  3. Click Add Household
  4. Search and select the desired Household OR Click to create New Household


To REMOVE a Transaction from a Household

  1. Open the desired Transaction profile
  2. From the General Tab, scroll to the Household card
  3. Click the Remove Icon on the Household row
