This documentation assumes you are editing an existing Household. When creating a new Household, you’ll be able to automate your desired Transaction Attribution model.
A Transaction can only be attributed to a single Household at one time.
While you can view Transactions attributed to a Household on the Household profile, you will need to add or remove this attribution from a Transaction profile.
To ADD a Transaction to a Household
- Open the desired Transaction profile
- From the General Tab, scroll to the Household card
- Click Add Household
- Search and select the desired Household OR Click to create New Household
To REMOVE a Transaction from a Household
- Open the desired Transaction profile
- From the General Tab, scroll to the Household card
- Click the Remove Icon on the Household row
