Happy new year, fundraisers! We're kicking off 2023 with a flurry of frequently requested features and workflow improvements including peer-to-peer team member management in platform and the ability to send a Yearly Donation Summary to a list of Supporters.

(Beta) Send Yearly Donation Summary emails to a list of Supporters

Beta participants can send the Yearly Donation Summary email to a filtered list of Supporters. Previously, this email could only be sent to an individual Supporter. This improvement enables you to bulk-send donation summaries to your 2022 donors.


(Beta) Name prefixes & suffixes

Beta participants can access name prefixes and suffixes, or salutations, to provide greater personalization for Supporter names. Funraise's salutations provide both prefix and suffix configuration, For example Ms. Franny Fundraiser III.


(Beta) Preferred name

Beta participants can access a new Preferred Name field which is a unique field to track a nickname or preferred name on a Supporter's profile.


(Beta) Team member management in platform

Beta participants can access an improvement to Peer-to-Peer page creation and management that enables adding or removing team members for a fundraising team.


(Beta) Short URLs

Beta participants can access a short URL for Giving Pages and Campaign Sites. This short URL, powered by Bitly, provides an improved experience for social and mobile donation links (which will come in handy soon with Text-to-Give 😉 ).


Housekeeping

Fundraising Intelligence will experience a read-only maintenance window between January 30 - February 13, 2023.

This update will only impact the Fundraising Intelligence section of the platform. You can continue to use exiting reports and dashboards during this window, but any reports created or edits made to existing reports during this window, will not be available after the update. After the maintenance is completed, you will be able to create and edit your reports and dashboards as normal.
