This month's release all-star is Donors Cover Fees, which was first announced in May of this year. Donors Cover Fees is Funraise's new transaction fee model that provides an effective Funraise Platform Transaction Fee rate of 0% for qualified transactions.

This release also includes new tools to automatically recover failed recurring donations and improve donor management processes.

What's new

Donors Cover Fees 🎉

We're excited to announce that Funraise's new Transaction Fee feature, Donors Cover Fees, has been activated on Giving Forms for organizations that have been opted in. This update provides an effective Funraise Platform Transaction Fee rate of 0% for qualified transactions.

Automatically re-charge updated payment methods

It is already the case that when a recurring payment fails, the donor receives an email with a link to update their payment method. With this release, when a donor updates their payment method, the failed payment will be recharged so the donor does not miss a donation.
