How donation receipts work
Each Giving Form has a specific donation receipt template
You can edit the design of a donation receipt from the Giving Form Settings
Donation receipts are sent automatically for online donations
Donation receipts can be sent with offline donations
Recurring donors will receive a receipt for each recurring donation
You can resend a donation receipt
You can print donation receipts
By default, donation receipts contain the following information
Transaction Total
Donation Date
Organization Id
Organization Name
Organization Address
Answers to any custom questions
For transactions that include a ticket purchase, the Tax Deductible Amount is also included in the receipt.
You can additionally add data merge tags to the body of the donation receipt.
