Your supporters may have deleted their transaction receipt email or may not be able to find it in their inbox. No problem, you can always resend a transaction receipt email for any previous transaction.

To resend a Transaction Receipt Email:

1. Navigate to the Supporter's Profile and under Transactions, find the transaction you wish to resend a receipt for.

2. Click on the Actions menu and select "Resend Receipt Email"

  • Clicking "Resend Receipt Email" will immediately send the receipt email to the supporter.
