The ticket confirmation email is sent when a ticket order is created.
To edit the ticket confirmation email:
- From Events, find the event you wish to edit.
- Click the Event title or click the Actions Menu and select Edit Event.
- From the Event profile, click TICKET EMAIL.
- Make desired edits and click SAVE.
- You can also preview your email, buy clicking PREVIEW.
This email always includes:
- Tickets purchased, including the provided name for each guest
- Event title
- Event date and time
You can customize:
- Email banner image
- Additional body text
Good to Know
The ticket confirmation email uses your Universal Email Template. You can this edit this template (top logo image and image link) from Settings.
