The ticket confirmation email is sent when a ticket order is created.

To edit the ticket confirmation email:

  1. From Events, find the event you wish to edit.

  2. Click the Event title or click the Actions Menu and select Edit Event.

  3. From the Event profile, click TICKET EMAIL.

  4. Make desired edits and click SAVE.

  5. You can also preview your email, buy clicking PREVIEW.

This email always includes:

  • Tickets purchased, including the provided name for each guest

  • Event ┬átitle

  • Event date and time

You can customize:

  • Email banner image

  • Additional body text

Good to Know

The ticket confirmation email uses your Universal Email Template. You can this edit this template (top logo image and image link) from Settings.
