1. Click your user profile > click Settings

2. You'll land on Your Profile > find Your Information > click Edit

3. Edit your details > click Save

If you are logged in, you can change your password from your profile. If you are unable to log in because you forgot your password, you'll need to reset your password.

Two Step Verification is an enhanced security measure and requires a secondary mobile device (your phone) with an Authenticator App. You will need this secondary mobile device with you whenever you login to Funraise.

You can receive notification emails based on donation or task activity. These notifications cannot be configured other than turning the notification on or off.

To receive a donation notification email for every donation that occurs, click to activate: Notify me about every donation.

To receive a task notification email when a task is created and assigned to you, click to activate: Notify me about every task.
