This month, we're sharing many improvements for common workflows including reordering campaign site sections and donor portal magic links. We're also covering the launch of Preview Features, enabling you to view and share feedback on features under development, before they are released generally.
Get ready for a fundraising event tool bonanza. In the next few release notes, we'll be announcing the launch of several large fundraising event features. Keep an eye out for Paddle Raise Management, Table Management, and an improved guest check-in interface.
And in case you missed it, last month's release included several smaller but powerful event features: Promo Codes, Live Display, and Ticket Bundles.
What's New
SMS, Emails, Wealth Scans | Free usage each month!
We've simplified and lowered the costs of usage-based features by including a healthy amount of free usage each month. This update enables your team to do more with Funraise within your current plan and budget.
Here's what's changing:
Send up to 50 SMS messages each month, without any usage costs
Send up to 5,000 campaign emails each month, without any usage costs
Get up to 50 successful wealth scans each month, without any usage costs

Campaign Sites | Reorder site sections
Campaign Site sections can now be moved up or down the page, eliminating the need to recreate sections when adjusting layout ordering.
Events | Filter transactions by Event
Segment all transactions tied to an event with a new filter in transactions. Event transactions include ticket purchases, auction payments, or any transaction created through a Giving Form connected to the event (Giving Forms connected to your Live Display).
Subscriptions | Transaction list added to subscription profile
Transactions created from a subscription are now visible directly on the subscription profile.
Donor Portal | Improved login & magic links
You can now easily see if a donor has created a donor portal account at the top of the supporter's profile.
To assist donors with portal access, you can send donors an email with clear links and instructions for the donor to access their portal.
Donors can now access the donor portal without a password when they use a new magic link to login. This magic link is just the first stage in a series of new improvements coming to the donor portal. Keep an eye out for the ability to send magic links from platform and the ability to send contextual deep-links. For example, the ability to send a magic link to a commitment or a subscription, enabling a donor to easily access what they need.
Performance | Dashboard & Giving Forms list
You may have already noticed. Under the hood, both the platform dashboard and the Giving Form list have been enhanced, reducing load times, especially for organizations with lots of data or forms.
Fundraising Intelligence | New data available for reports
In the Events data source, we've added enhanced support for Answers, Auction Items, Forms, and more. New data sources allow you to report on event revenue by source, for example, splitting revenue by tickets, donations, and auction payments with the new Transaction Type field.
In the Transactions data source, we've added support for commitments enabling custom reports and dashboards to track donor pledges and fulfillment progress.

Exports | Export configuration wizard
When exporting data you may see a new export wizard to select a prebuilt export configuration based on different contexts. You'll still be able to configure your own exports, but starting from a prebuilt template will speed up common workflow.
Preview Features
Preview Features | Access in-progress features and share feedback
We've added the ability to preview features we're working on. Preview features are generally ready to play with but may not be ready for showtime. You'll be able to choose which features you'd like to preview, rather than a blanket opt-in to all or none.
The purpose of preview features is to gather feedback and ensure we're building tools that truly solve your team's workflows. Be aware: preview features are not necessarily stable and can be updated or removed at anytime. Preview features will not be documented in detail or supported in the same way as general released features.
Preview Feature | Dark Mode
Give your tired eyes a break and save some energy with a full platform Dark Mode. Once enabled from Settings > Preview Features Dark Mode can be toggled on or off from the platform sidemenu.
Preview Feature | Registrations
This preview feature includes several enhancements we're working on to registration management including a new pattern for creating offline registrations and ticket orders.
And an attendee roster per event. Includes searchable registration list for fast check-in and a quick view interface to see the important details for any registration with just a click.

As you know by now, event functionality is a primary focus for our product team. The release of promo codes, ticket bundles, and the event progress live display are just the beginning!
