Display Giving Form QR Code
You can optionally activate a QR code to appear on the Live Display. This QR code links to a Giving Page where a guest can make a donation during the event. Giving Pages have one of the highest donation conversion rates on a mobile device which is why we've connected Giving Pages with the Live Display!
You can choose one of the Giving Forms that has been added to your event (described below).
Giving Forms
Select the Giving Form(s) you will collect donations with at your event. These forms will determine the transactions that can appear on the Live Display.
☝️Important: Only transactions made through the Giving Forms while they are attached to this Event will be automatically connected with the Event. Transactions created prior to the form being connected to the event will not be added to the event.
Add Transactions to a Live Display
Automatically add transactions
Add Giving Forms to your Live Display settings to automatically assign transactions to the event display screen. Transactions created through those giving forms, while the forms are assigned to the event, will contribute towards the goal.
From your Event > select Live Display > scroll to Giving Forms
Click Edit > search and select a Giving Form
Manually assign transactions
Add transactions to your Live Display when creating a transaction or when editing a transaction. Each transaction has an Event option — transactions connected to an event will contribute to the Live Display goal.
Good to know!
Increase Live Display element sizes
Want the text and elements on the Live Display to appear larger? Zoom in on your browser window to control the layout. A standard zoom will work for most screens. Zooming in, for example to 125%, can increase the text size when needed.
You must be logged in to view the Live Display
Live Display links can only be accesses by a platform team member while they are logged in. The Live Display link is not designed to be shared or used outside the setting of a live event.
Only complete transactions
Only Transactions with a Complete status will count towards the Live Display goal.
