Updated over a week ago

This month, we've got something for everyone—a major new feature (Auctions!), a few small-but-mighty workflow improvements, and even an experience enhancement for embedded Giving Forms.

The most exciting and revenue-boosting update this month is the beta release of Funraise Auctions, which has been promoted to all beta participants.

New in beta

Run fundraising auctions with Funraise! Manage auction items, collect payment methods, take bids, and charge winning bids. Learn more about creating and managing auctions.

☝️ Auctions has been promoted to beta and will be available to all beta participants until July 1, 2024. After this date, Auctions will be promoted out of beta and will only be available for organizations with plans that include Auctions. If you would like to add Auctions to your plan, please contact your success manager or email success@funraise.org.

New for all organizations

Search Supporters by preferred name and ID

In the platform search bar, you can now search Supporters by Preferred Name and Supporter ID.

Soft credit address data in the transactions export

When exporting transactions, you can now add soft credit Supporter address data to the export file.

Additional payment method options for offline transactions

When entering offline transactions, you now have many more options for the payment method type. This addition enhances your accounting and revenue reporting processes.

Print a Yearly Summary PDF

You can now generate a printable Yearly Donation Summary from a Supporter profile actions menu.

Placed form loading animation and rounded corners

We've enhanced the loading experience of the placed embed style of the Giving Form with both faster load times and a pleasant loading animation. We've also rounded the corners of the placed form.

Giving Form test mode with URL parameter

You can test the donation experience and custom event handlers by enabling test mode on an embedded form with a URL parameter. Previously, test mode was only available with an embed code configuration—now, you can launch the form in test mode with a simple URL parameter: x_mode=test.

Coming soon to beta
