When a Campaign has ended you might want to archive the Campaign Site. Archiving a Campaign Site removes the site from the internet so it will no longer be accessible by your supporters.

Archive a Campaign Site

  1. Access Campaign Sites > Find the appropriate site

  2. Click Actions menu > Click Archive Site

Archived sites can be accessed from the Campaign Site list header menu

Good to know

Archiving a site does not remove any data

When a Campaign Site is archived, all the data related to the campaign will remain in your platform. This means you'll still have access to all the fundraiser, transaction, and supporter data.

Archiving a site is permanent

Once a site has been archived, it can not be revived or published again. Although, you can access the editor of the archived site, which enables you to see the site's design settings.

An archived site can be used as a template when creating a new site

If you have archived a previous Campaign Site and want to create a new site using the same design settings as the archived site, you can use the archived site as a design template when creating a new Campaign Site.
