The February release is here! Lots of exciting updates this month, including the launch of Households. All the features released this month are core Funraise offerings and have been added to your account at no additional cost.

As always reach out to your Customer Success Manager with any questions.

What's New

Household Management
Households are a family or unit of Supporters with the same address. The primary use case for Households is mailing lists. With Funraise Households, you’ll be able to link donations from each member to see the real impact of a Household.

Mobile App: Manage Tasks & Push Notifications
View and manage Automated Tasks on the Funraise Mobile App. You can now receive push notifications when a Task is created and assigned to you.

Pass Tags through Giving Form V2
Transaction Tags can now be passed through Giving Form V2. Some organizations use this to pass UTMs into Funraise… while we work towards an improved UTM solution.

Add multiple notes to Supporter
You can now add multiple notes to a Supporter with an easy to manage table. Notes can also be marked as important and highlighted accordingly.

Email Marketing Opt-In on Giving Form V2
A new checkbox has been added to Giving Form V2 for a email marketing Opt-in. This checkbox allows a donor to opt-in to receive future marketing communications via email. The goal for this update is help you maintain compliance with GDPR and other user data protections. This field can be mapped to Salesforce. A donor will continue to receive transactional emails like the donation receipt email, regardless of their opt-in status. We’ve released this update with strict rules to help your organization retain compliant forms. If you have feedback about the strictness of the configuration please let us know.

Trust badge added to Campaign Sites
A new trust badge has been added to the footer of Campaign Sites. We hope this
badge adds donor trust.
