Adjust Facebook privacy settings to enable Fundraiser sync

Features in this article may not be included in every Funraise plan.

If one of your peer-to-peer fundraisers is having trouble connecting their synced Facebook Fundraiser, it might be due to the fundraiser's App and Websites permission settings.

To ensure Facebook has necessary permissions, your fundraisers can follow the steps:

1. Login to your Facebook account

2. Navigate to your Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations

3. Find Funraise > click View and edit

4. Ensure that you have given permission for the app to manage your Fundraisers.

If these steps do not solve the issue, we suggest deleting the app and starting over. You can connect a synced Facebook Fundraiser Page at anytime.
