A Supporter Interaction is a record that tracks a personal touch point with a Supporter. Tracking interactions builds a history of the relationships each Supporter has developed with your organization.

You can automatically create a Supporter Interaction record when a Task is completed with Task Automations
Pending Tasks can be managed on the Interactions page
Add a Supporter interaction:
1. From a Supporter profile > click Interactions
2. Click New Interaction
3. Enter interaction info > click Save
