Refund a transaction
From Transactions > Click a Transaction's Actions Menu (3 dots) > Select Refund Transaction
You can also refund a Transaction from the Transaction Profile action menu.
Good to know
If a transaction is refunded within 24 hours of occurring, it may be voided. If a transaction is refunded after 24 hours of occurring, it will be refunded (the difference here is minimal and only affects the donor's card statement).
Only successful online transactions can be refunded. Offline transactions can not be refunded but can be deleted.
Funraise's Platform Fee is not refundable. Please note: If a Transaction that was assessed a Funraise Platform Fee is refunded, Funraise's Platform Fee is not refunded as outlined in Funraise's Terms & Conditions.
