From Transactions > Click a Transaction's Actions Menu (3 dots) > Select Refund Transaction
You can also refund a Transaction from the Transaction Profile action menu.

What happens if a transaction is refunded within 24 hours of being created?
If a transaction is refunded within 24 hours of occurring, it may be voided. If a transaction is refunded after 24 hours of occurring, it will be refunded (the difference here is minimal and only affects the donor's card statement).
Can offline transactions be refunded?
No, only successful online transactions can be refunded. Offline transactions can be deleted.
Is Funraise's Platform Fee refundable?
No, Funraise's platform fee is not refundable. If a Transaction that was assessed a Funraise Platform Fee is refunded, Funraise's Platform Fee is not refunded as outlined in Funraise's Terms & Conditions.
Can I issue a partial refund?
No, a partial refund can not be issued in Funraise. You may be able to issue a partial refund from your payment processor (Stripe, for example). It's important to note that if you conduct a partial refund from your payment processor platform, the details of that partial refund will not be synced back with Funraise.
