Funraise provides hands on service to make your move to Funraise efficient and enjoyable. We provide both hands on service and strategic expertise for the most important aspects of your transition. These services are included with paid plans. Funraise's implementation provides the following services:

These services must be utilized in your first 30 days with Funraise. As well, each service has a limited hourly resource allotment. While most services can be performed in our allotted timeframe, each service has a maximum timeframe to ensure all organizations are able benefit from these services.
Initial Onboarding Session
Funraise provides an initial onboarding session to introduce your team to the platform and provide clear guidance on getting started. During this first session, we'll focus on implementation and demo specific features of the platform to ensure your team is ready to jump in. You'll get to meet your new dedicated account manager as well as your technical implementation expert.
Recurring Subscription Migration
Funraise can assist to migrate active recurring donation subscriptions from a single previous platform to Funraise. Our ability to migrate subscription data is dependent on your previous system and payment processor. This service includes 8 hours of hands-on expert resources.
Historic Data Migration
Funraise can also assist with importing donor and donation records from another platform to Funraise. While we do provide a self-service import tool, Funraise is here to assist with your initial import (from a single external source) into the Funraise platform. This service includes 8 hours of hands-on expert resources.

Custom Reports & Dashboards
While you can create your own custom reports and dashboards at anytime in the platform (and access a library of prebuilt reports!), Funraise's team is able to help you bring over your most important donor or donation reports and build them in Funraise so your team does not skip a reporting beat.
This service is provided to customers with access to Fundraising Intelligence. Funraise's team is able to build up to 3 custom reports or a single visual data dashboards. We'll meet to learn about your current reporting needs and work together to bring these reports to life. This service includes 2 hours of expert resources.
Campaign Site Design
Funraise's Campaign Site editor is easy and fun to use, but we know how helpful it is to have some expert design eyes to bring your brand and campaign to life. During your implementation, Funraise's team is able to build your first Campaign Site.
Generally, our design team will recreate a previous campaign that you share with us or we can consult with your team to create a new campaign idea. This service includes 2 hours of expert resources.
Additional Strategic or Technical Sessions
Funraise knows you are not just migrating data, but also moving an entire fundraising strategy. To ensure you're set up correctly based on your strategy, additional expert sessions. (2 sessions, 1 hour each).
While you have direct access to your dedicated success manager and our support team anytime β we prioritize your initial onboarding experience by ensuring you have specific time with experts on our team.
Funraise has both creative and technology experts that we make available during your implementation. These additional sessions are designed based on your organization's specific needs. You may use this additional 1:1 expert sessions to discuss what's important to you, but commonly these sessions are used for discussions about:
Website donation form strategy or implementation
Marketing attribution strategy
Specific campaign or event implementation
Syncing Salesforce or other integrations
