In our June release notes, we're announcing the launch of Wealth Screening & Donor Prospecting, right inside Funraise! We're also highlighting several improvements, including manual Task creation, Salesforce NPC, and an enhancement that automatically syncs Registrations with Supporters.

We’re excited to launch Wealth Screening—a new feature designed to help you better understand your donors’ giving capacity. With enriched insights, you’ll be able to identify high-potential supporters and refine your prospecting and engagement strategies.

This feature is rolling out gradually, starting with a small group of customers today. We’ll continue expanding access to more organizations in the coming weeks.

Wealth Screening is a premium feature and may incur a subscription cost depending on your plan. To help you explore its value, we’ve created an easy-to-use preview screen where you can run a free scan and view prospecting data for a sample of your Supporters. The preview will be available automatically once the feature is activated in your account.

You asked—we listened! As an enhancement to Funraise’s Automated Task feature, you can now create manual tasks directly within the platform. This update brings light task management to your workflow, making it easy to assign one-off tasks to yourself or team members. Manual tasks can be:

Funraise’s Salesforce integration now fully supports seamless syncing with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). Thinking about moving to NPC? We’ve got you covered. With just a few key setup steps, you can enable NPC data syncing and take full advantage of Funraise’s enhanced integration.

We’ve streamlined the way guest Registrations connect to Supporter records. Previously, guest information had to be manually linked to a Supporter, adding extra steps to your workflow.

Now, if a guest's email address is provided during registration, Funraise will automatically create or sync a corresponding Supporter record. To take advantage of this improvement, be sure to collect email addresses with your tickets.

We're quite close to introducing custom bid increments. This will allow you to enter the dollar amount for the minimum bid increase required per auction item.

Reminder

Beginning July 1, 2025, American Express payments will incur an additional 1% fee. This change reflects the higher costs associated with processing premium and rewards-based cards like Amex, which carry increased fees from card networks.

Additionally, we are adjusting our ACH processing fees from 0.8% to 1% and removing the existing cap on ACH processing fees.

These updates enable Funraise to continue providing the donation processing connections you rely on and allow us better manage processing costs for premium rewards-based cards and dynamic network costs.
