When a Giving Form is no longer in use, you have the option to archive it, effectively removing it from view in your Giving Form section.

In the side menu, click Giving Forms > click on the Actions Menu (3 dots) next to the specific form > select Archive Giving Form

In the side menu, click Giving Forms > click on the Actions Menu (3 dots) on the top-right > select View Archived Forms

From this section, you'll have the ability to Revive Giving Form by selecting the Actions Menu (3 dots) next to the specific form.

When you archive a Giving Form, rest assured that it won't impact your existing data in the platform—this action simply removes the giving form from your view.

Subscriptions linked to an archived giving form will continue to remain active and process through that giving form. You can update the giving form for future donations by accessing the Subscription's settings.
