When a Giving Form is no longer in use, you can archive the Giving Form.
⚠️ Archiving a Giving Form will stop new donations
When a Giving Form is archived, new online transactions can no longer be created though the form. When a Giving From is archived, the Giving Page Url will also be deactivated.
Existing recurring subscriptions created through this form will continue and will not be impacted.
Archive a Giving Form
From Giving Forms > click on the Actions Menu (3 dots) next to the specific form > select Archive Giving Form
View Archived Giving Forms
From Giving Forms > filter by Status equals archived.
Revive an Archived Giving Form
From an archived Giving Form > click on the Actions Menu (3 dots) next to the specific form > select Revive Giving Form

Archiving a Giving Form will unpublish the Giving Page.
Archiving a Giving Form, will not impact existing data.
Archiving a Giving Form, will not impact Subscriptions linked to the archived form. Subscriptions connected to the form will remain active and process through that form.
Archiving a Giving Form will make it so no new online transactions can be created through the form.
Campaign Site default Giving Forms can not be archived from this section. A Campaign Site default form's status is connected to the Campaign Site — if the Campaign Site is archived, then the Campaign Site's Giving Form will also be archived.
