Funraise will soon release a native integration with Raiser's Edge that syncs limited Transaction and Supporter data in real-time. The integration will be easy to activate as it does not require any field mapping or custom configuration.
This feature will improve and replace our existing integration with Raiser's Edge which is through a third-party tool called Importacular.
Connect Raiser's Edge with Funraise
Click your Profile Icon in the top-right > click Settings
From Settings > click Integrations > find Raiser's Edge and click Edit
Click Connect with Raiser's Edge to open the OAuth flow and authenticate the integration
Enter a Raiser's Edge Fund Id. Funraise Transactions will be assigned to this fund when synced with Raiser's Edge.
Click Save
Test the integration
To test the Raiser's Edge integration, we recommend creating a new offline Transaction. After saving the Transaction in Funraise, you should see the new Gift and Constituent created in Raiser's Edge.
Data synced with Raiser's Edge
Funraise syncs Supporter and Transaction data with Raiser's Edge when a Transaction or Supporter record is created or updated. This sync is automatic and occurs in real-time. The following tables show the field mapping between Funrasie and Raiser's Edge. Mapping is managed by Funraise and can not be customized.
