Merge tag selectors in email editors
We've added the ability to quickly insert available data merge tags into emails, allowing you to add personalized merge data like name, address, or donation details into the body of an email (without having to search and refer to the documentation!)
Subscription management in the Giving Portal App
With Funraise's Giving App, your donors can now manage their recurring subscription details, including amount, frequency, and payment method. Donors can also cancel or create new subscriptions in the app.
We've released two updates to the Salesforce integration. First,
Payment Method Card Type is now available as a mappable field on Opportunities. Second, we've increased data sync attempts to mitigate failed syncs.
Giving Form donor experience
We're working on several exciting enhancements to Funraise's core fundraising tool: the Giving Form. We're improving the mechanics and efficiency under the hood as well as completely updating the design and donor experience of the form (and adding some surprises!) Our goal with this future update is to increase the performance and conversion of Funraise's Giving Form. Stay tuned!
