This month, we've released platform improvements and new community resources.

What's new

Page URL added to Pages .csv export

When exporting a list of Campaign Site Pages, the .csv file now includes the Page URL.

Increased accessibility on Campaign Sites

In our continuing effort to improve the accessibility of Funraise's tools, we've released new accessibility improvements to Campaign Sites focused on the fundraiser sign-up form.

Increased fraud mitigation

We've added a new layer of fraud mitigation for Stripe transactions by banning IP addresses based on signals from Stripe. This new mitigation method may not be available for all payment configurations.

New resources for our community

Product Roadmap

We've made our Product Roadmap public and interactive! You'll be able to see what we're working on and provide feedback on features we're considering. You can also submit new improvements or feature ideas.

Community Forum πŸŽ‰

Our Community Forum is now open! This is a space to get answers and advice from your peers at other organizations using Funraise. We're excited to unite our entire community for discussions about best practices and fundraising strategies.

Coming soon!

Fundraising Commitments

Soon, you'll be able to require fundraisers to raise a specific amount and then charge their payment method for any remaining amount they were not able to raise through their page.

Giving Portal App - Subscription Management

Now, donors can manage their donations and access yearly donation summaries in Funraise's Giving Portal App. Donors will soon be able to edit their recurring subscription details and payment methods in the Giving Portal App.

Donors Cover Fees

Funraise will be implementing a Donors Cover Fees model this year. This update will guarantee an effective Platform Transaction Fee rate of 0% for qualified transactions.

Housekeeping

Updates to Terms & Conditions

We've updated our Terms & Conditions to include clarification on Late Fees (5.1) and Non-refundable Fees (5.2).

Ending support for Internet Explorer

Microsoft has announced plans to sunset Internet Explorer. Following this announcement, Funraise will also be ending our support for IE.

Feature Sunsetting Reminders

In an effort to deliver the world's best fundraising platform, we sometimes have to say goodbye to features or integrations that aren't up to par or that have superior alternatives. We want to let you know about a few items that have an end-of-life date set. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact your Success Manager.

  • Amply integration: The Amply integration will be sunset on July 1, 2021. This integration can be replaced with Funraise's Double the Donation integration. For those of you using Amply today, your Success Manager can help you transition.

  • Trends: Trends will be sunset on July 1, 2021. Trends is only used by organizations without Fundraising Intelligence. We'll be removing Trends to further invest in Fundraising Intelligence as Funraise's premier reporting tool.

  • Yearly Donation Summary Email Automation: The Yearly Donation Summary Email Automation will be sunset on August 1, 2021.

  • Legacy Sites: Legacy Campaign Sites (any site created before January 8, 2021) will be sunset on Jan 1, 2022.

  • Operations Tip: Funraise's Operations Tip feature will be superseded by Donors Cover Fees. Donors Cover Fees functionality will be released sometime in 2021.
