Supporter Type is a native Funraise label applied to Supporters based on their Transaction history. While there are many ways to segment Supporters with your own custom rules, Support Type provides a universal label that most organizations can use.

Potential

A potential Supporter has no Transactions.

One-time

A one-time Supporter has Transacted once, but has no recurring Transactions.

Returning

A returning Supporter has two or more Transactions, but has no recurring Transactions.

Recurring

A recurring Supporter has a recurring Transaction (of any status).
