Files can be uploaded and attached to Supporter records. Once a file is attached, anyone on your team can download and access that file in the future. This is a great way to keep track of important documents, letters, images, or more.

This feature is for customers at the Movement and Enterprise level. If this feature is not yet available in your platform, contact your Customer Success Manager or email

To attach a file to a Supporter profile

  1. Open a Supporter's profile
  2. In the left side menu, click Attachments
  3. On the Attachments list, click Add Attachment
  4. On the flyout, click Upload and select a file
  5. Click Attach to save

Storage limitations and costs

  • The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 20MB
  • By default, you'll have 500MB of storage
  • Should you need more storage, you can add blocks of 500MB for $100/month
  • If you go over the default 500MB amount, we'll send you an email alert - at which point you can either remove data or add more data storage to your plan
