How to export a list of fundraising pages to a CSV file

Features in this article may not be included in every Funraise plan.

You can export a list of fundraising pages. The export will contain the standard page columns, listed below. The export will include all the pages that are included in the current filtered list.

To export a list of Pages:

  1. From Pages > click list Actions (3 dots) > click Export CSV

  2. Your export will be available to download from Settings > Exports. You'll also receive an email with a link to the export CSV file as soon as the export has finished processing.

Included in the export:

  • ID

  • Name

  • Fundraiser Email

  • Supporter Id

  • Transacting Status

  • Team Name

  • Fundraiser Name

  • Campaign URL

  • Aggregate Amount Raised

  • Direct Amount Raised

  • Amount Expected

  • Percent Complete

  • Created Date

  • Aggregate Donor Count

  • Direct Donor Count

  • Aggregate Donation Count

  • Direct Donation Count

  • First Donation

  • Last Donation

  • Last Login

10,000 records is the limit for a single export
Exports of Pages are limited to 10,000 records at a time. To export more than 10,000 records you'll need to further segment your list or export from Fundraising Intelligence.
