A Supporter's Payment Methods can be accessed and managed from the Supporter Profile or from a Subscription record. Only Payment Methods connected to a Subscription (recurring donation) are accessible.

To EDIT a Payment Method connected to a Subscription

  1. From Supporters > Subscriptions, click on the Action Menu (3 dots) 
  2. Select Edit Subscription
  3. Scroll down and click Add Payment Method and then select New Payment Method

NOTE: Payment Methods available to connect with a Subscription are based on the individuals Supporter's saved Payment Methods.

To CREATE a new Payment Method

  1. From the Supporter's Profile, click on the "Payment Methods"
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. The options for Payment Method Type for a subscription are Credit Card or E Check (ACH).

Adding a Card

  1. Enter in the Supporter's First and Last name
  2. Enter the Supporter's credit card number, CVV, Expiration Date, and Postal Code
  3. Click Save 

Adding an eCheck (ACH)

  1. Enter in the Supporter's First and Last name
  2. Enter the Bank Name, Account Number, Routing Number, Account Type, and Select if the Account Holder is Personal or Business. 
  3. Click Save
