Payment methods are saved for a Supporter when they make a recurring Card or ACH transaction through a Giving Form. A Supporter's payment methods can be viewed and edited from the Supporter's profile.
You can also edit the payment method connected with each recurring Subscription.
Create a New Payment Method
Follow these steps to add a new payment method for a Supporter.
1. From the Supporter's profile > click Payment Methods
2. Click Add Payment Method
3. Enter details > click Save
Deleting a Payment Method
1) From the Supporter's profile > click Payment Methods
2) Click the 3-dot menu on the Payment Method you want to delete and select Delete Method
3) Type in "DELETE" to confirm you do want to delete the payment method
☝️ You can only delete payment methods that are not connected to an active subscription. You must first select a new payment method for any active subscriptions before being able to delete the old payment method.
