What to do when your Facebook or Twitter social share image or content is not updating

Your share settings for your Campaign Site or Giving Page can be cached by Facebook or Twitter. If you edit content you may need to reset the cache for your site in order to see your updates.


How to troubleshoot Facebook sharing content:

  1. Visit the Facebook Sharing Debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

  2. Enter your Campaign Site or Giving Page Url and click Debug

  3. If it's sticky, try clicking Scape Again
