You can connect a custom domain with your Funraise Campaign Site. Custom Domains come with SSL.

Custom Domain setup fee - $150

This is the cost for Funraise to process your request. Your plan may include one or more custom domains already - if you do not know what your plan includes, just ask!

☝️Connecting a custom domain can take up to a week to process.

To connect a custom domain to a Campaign Site

  1. Create a campaign site

  2. Obtain a custom domain. If you don't yet have a custom domain, you can purchase one with GoDaddy, Bluehost, Squarespace, etc.

  3. Once you have your Campaign Site created and have a custom domain purchased, email both of these urls to your Success Manager. If you do not have an assigned Success Manager, you can email success@funraise.org directly.

  4. After submitting payment, we will provide you with the CNAME mapping for the domains. You'll need to add the CNAME records to your hosting provider.

  5. After your custom domain is connected, you can enter your custom domain in your Campaign Site Settings - this tells the platform to reference your custom domain. This field can be accessed in your Site Settings.
