Each event can have it's own seating chart and table management. You'll be able to create tables with custom seat counts, assign your guests to tables with a drag and drop editor, and export your seating chart.

Create Tables

Before you can assign guests to tables, you'll need to create your tables!

1. From your Event > Tables > click Add section

2. Configure section details > Click Add Section

Here you'll enter the section name, number of tables in the section, and the number of seats at each table. Many events may just need one section, for example, Main Floor.

Edit table details

Once your tables are created, you can edit each table individually by clicking the edit icon. In the table editor you can update the table name and seat count, add a note to the table, or delete the table.

Assign guests to tables

Once your tables are created, you can start assigning guests to tables. To begin selecting guests to assign, click Assign guests.

Click and drag guests to a table

You'll see all your event's guests in the left side panel. From the side panel, you can click and drag a n individual guest or an entire party to a table. Once guests are placed at a table, they can be moved again with click and drag.

To remove a guest from a table, hover over the guest and click the remove icon.
